Alan Eighmey has been helping clients with their estate planning needs for over 15 years. The first thing most clients notice about Alan is his warm and welcoming demeanor. Although dealing with legal matters can feel intimidating, Alan quickly puts everyone at ease with his excellent listening skills along with a completely non-judgmental approach, and high level of personal service. He has a gift for navigating complex family dynamics while making every client feel truly heard
Alan’s passion for estate planning is deeply personal. When his mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, he experienced firsthand how complicated it can be to navigate the legal and personal decisions involved in protecting a loved one’s well-being. That journey revealed just how much families can benefit from thoughtful guidance and proactive planning - and it inspired him to dedicate his career to helping others avoid the same struggles.
Today, Alan helps families and individuals across California with Estate Planning including Trusts and Wills along with Probate and Trust Administration. His firm can even assist with Conservatorships, Guardianships, Elder Law issues as well as some Business Law and Real Estate issues.
Alan’s hard work and dedication have allowed him to grow his practice to two offices - one in Modesto and one in Turlock - serving families across the Central Valley and throughout California. He and his family are deeply committed to community service; Alan serves as Chairman of the Board for the Turlock Chamber of Commerce, among other local organizations. As a United States Air Force veteran he learned teamwork, discipline, and dedication to his clients in everything he does - and works to instill that same work ethic and empathy in his team. Alan is proud of the firm he has built and the dedicated staff who share his commitment to every client they serve.
